Patio Cleaning with Soft Washing

Using a soft washer is one of the best and most environmentally friendly ways to remove built-up grime, mold, debris, and dust from your outdoor surfaces. This includes residential or commercial patios that are made from brick, pavers, concrete, or wood. While you are able to rent a washer to do the work on your own, it is not recommended. If you don’t know what you are doing, and if you use the wrong detergent or pressure, it can cause irreparable damage to your patio’s surface. This is why it is best to leave the work to the professionals, such as those here at Window Cleaning Experts.

Add-On Services

Our team at Window Cleaning Experts offers our soft washing service as an additional add-on service to our normal window cleaning services. Ask our window cleaning tech about having your patio, deck, driveway, or pool deck expertly cleaned when getting your quote or while we are cleaning your windows.

Benefits

  • Improves the overall appearance of the patio and its surface
  • Extends the life of the surface’s materials
  • Removes built-up grime, dust, mold, mildew, and debris
  • Gets rid of hard-to-remove stains from oil, grease, or other liquids

The Process

First, we will need to clear the patio off completely. This means that tables, chairs, and couches will need to be removed and set aside. If you do not want them sitting on your grass, then we can place them inside of your home if there is enough room. We will also need to remove any decorations that you may have up, plants in vases, BBQ grills, lighting, rugs, and so on. Next, we will determine what chemicals to use on the washer based on what the patio’s surface is made out of. Also, if there are tough stains involving oil, grease, or other liquids that need to be removed, these areas are going to require a different method than the rest of the surface. We will take this into account and begin our work.

Once everything has been cleaned off with a few laps over the entire surface, it is recommended that you wait at least 24 hours before placing furniture or anything heavy back on the deck’s surface. We can work with you to set up a regular cleaning schedule for your home or commercial location, and this includes for decks, walkways, sidewalks, and other surfaces that may need to be regularly cleaned.
