All our crew members go through a thorough training process, including online, bookwork, and hands-on training. As members of the International Window Cleaning Association (IWCA) we offer valuable information to our employees. Ladder Safety is a high priority, and many jobs require small and big ladders. Some jobs require a lift, which crew members were recently trained on at the IWCA’s recent Annual Convention. Educating more of our team on how to operate a lift will allow us to work more efficiently and safely, perhaps even cleaning windows we couldn’t reach previously! Other mandatory trainings include OSHA 1910, Roof Top Training, and using a Water Fed Pole.
