The Window Cleaning Experts, Inc. was started in 1979 by Tom Cruickshank. Servicing the Tampa Bay area as the #1 residential window cleaner, we specialize in residential window cleaning and pressure washing. Since beginning the company by going door to door, we have now grown to over 6,000+ satisfied customers. Referrals are available by request. Today, it is a division of Kept Companies, Inc. and part of Florida’s Krystal Klean brand.
We have been awarded Angie’s List’s Super Service Awards for past several years including: 2006, 2008, and 2010-2018.
The Window Cleaning Experts, Inc. is fully licensed and insured. We carry both workers compensation and liability insurance to protect you, the homeowner, in case of an accident.
Every one of our employees goes through a complete pre-employment background check and drug screening before becoming part of our team. Our crew is well mannered, clean and courteous. We take great pride that most of our employees have been with us for many years.
Our employees have regular safety meetings and are members in good standing with the International Window Cleaning Association (IWCA) since the inception of the organization. The IWCA promotes safety and professionalism within our industry. Each year we attend the IWCA annual conference. It is filled with great information about our industry. It is a great networking event as well as a safety training for our employees. Numerous educational seminars help us stay on top of all the changing OSHA laws, tools, glass cleaning techniques, ladder safety, insurance and workers compensation updates to HR regulations that we must follow, enabling us to better serve our client base.
